ORIGIN: Plovdiv Region

VARIETY: Mavrud

HARVEST: Grapes are picked manually in the second half of October.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are vinified in Ganimed type wine making devices, which enables achieving the desired regime of pouring and the temperature of fermentation guarantees a good extraction of phenols and aromatic compounds.

ALC.: 13-13.5% vol.

MATURATION: In tankers made of inox.

COLOUT AND TASTE: Red colour with slight shades of violet, pleasant fruity aroma, good harmonious flavour, light and pleasant.
