Produced
according to a classical technology, specially developed
in the Assenovgrad Winery on barley and malt base.
Distillation is achieved with carp cauldrons and
columns. The distillate matures in used oak butts
with capacity of 300 - 500 l for a minimum of 10
years. It has golden to amber colour, specific whisky
bouquet, mild and harmonious flavour, which have
formed during the process of maturing.
