Origin: Village of Novi Izvor region, Assenovgrad
Sort: Mavroud
Vintage: Grapes are picked manually in the second half of October.
Vinification: According to special technology. Grapes are picked in technologic ripeness of 21-23% sugar content and are selected prior to pressing. It is made according to a technology, which has combined the new achievements in wine making and the traditions of the region. Fermentation takes place at a certain temperature with a special strain of yeast.
Alcoholic content: :
12-12.5%
Acidity: 5.2-5.4 g/l
Maturing: 12-14 months in Barik type oak butts 225 l and 12 months in a bottle.
Colour and flavour qualities:  This wine has red colour with shades of roof tiles, well developed bouquet, which is characteristic of the sort, with mild and harmonious flavour.

17-18 °C
