Origin: Assenovgrad Region
Sort: Mavroud
Vintage: Grapes are picked manually in the second half of October.
Vinification: Classical method. It is produced from selected grapes, grown in certain micro-regions. It is picked in technologic ripeness of 21-22% sugar content and wine is made with selected strain of yeast in Ganimed type wine making devices with automatic regime of processing, which allows for achieving a maximum retention of this wine’s flavour and aroma.
Alcoholic content: :
12.5-13%
Acidity: 5.0-5.5 g/l
Maturing: 10-12 months in Barik type oak butts 225l
Colour and flavour qualities:  Intense ruby to garnet colour. Well developed bouquet, which is characteristic for this sort of grapes, with a nuance of oak, full and harmonious bouquet.
