Sort: Mavroud
Vintage: Grapes are picked manually in the second half of October.
Vinification: Classical technology. Used are the latest achievements of enology and the long years of experience and traditions of the winery. Grapes are picked in technologic ripeness of 21-22%. Fermentation takes place in wine making devices Ganimed type, enabling extraction of phenols and aromatic compounds.
Alcoholic content: :
12.5-13%
Acidity: 4.8-5.4 g/l
Maturing: This wine matures in containers made of inox.
Colour and flavour qualities:  This wine is characteristic for its ruby colour, pleasant fruity aroma, mild and harmonious flavour.
Serving temperature:
16-18°Ñ
