Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
 
Origin: Assenovgrad Region
Sort: Cabernet Sauvignon
Vintage: Grapes are picked manually in the second half of September
Vinification: Wine is made according to a classical method specially selected grapes in rotovinimatics. The grape mark is infused for 10-12 hours at low temperature of 10-15 °Ñ. Fermentation takes place at 24-26 °C with an appropriate strain of yeast.
Alcoholic content: :
12-12.5%
Acidity: 4.5-5.5 g/l
Maturing: This wine matures for 6-10 months in 225 l Barik type oak butts
Colour and flavour qualities:  This wine has a dense ruby colour with slight brownish shades, expressed sort of aroma in combination with oak, consistent body, light and pleasant flavour. Rich and durable flavour and aroma, slightly dominated by the oak fragrance aroma.
