Vinification:

Wine is made according
to a special technology. Grapes are picked in their
technologic ripeness. Vinification takes place in
rotovinimatics, as at the beginning the grape mark
is infused for 12-24 hours for the purpose of extracting
the aroma complex. Fermentation is carried out with
a selected strain of yeast in contact with the oak
and a daily supervision. |
