Origin: Plovdiv Region
Sort: Cabernet Sauvignon
Vintage: Grapes are picked manually in the second half of September
Vinification: Classical method. Grapes are picked in technologic ripeness of more than 21% sugar content and titre acidity of 6-8 g/l. Wine is made Cadalpe type of fermenting devices, in which maceration of the grape mark takes place. Fermentation is with selected yeast under constant enologist’s control.
Alcoholic content: :
13-13.5 %
Acidity: 5.2-5.5 g/l
Maturing: This wine matures in containers made of inox
Colour and flavour qualities:  This wine has a Ruby colour, with good aroma of the sort of black fruit and cassis, mild and harmonious flavour and well expressed aroma.
