was founded during 2000 year under the Bulgarian- Sweden
project. The first quantities of selected grape of the
such sorts like Mavrud, Roubin, and Cabernet Sovingon,
sorted and feed up by the defined wineyards within the
region has been wine – tuned and purified under the guidness
of the famouse Sweden wine - expert Lars Torstenson during
2001. Over 65 percent of production nowadays has been
exported to the Western Europe and Japan. The largest
volume of sales of the Wine plant Ltd Asenovgrad are executed
to Germany, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Netherlands,
UK, Czech Republic, Vietnam and Canada.

brands as Mavrud Asenovgrad, Mavrud Reserve, Mavrud “KNP””,
Cabernet Sovignon, Cabernet Reserve, Merlo, Merlo Reserve,

of high alchoholic drinks produced and bottled within
the company such as usual grape usual and matured brandy,
Grape brandy reserve, whisky “AS”,”Wide goat”, grain drink
Asenovgrad, mastika “Trimontzium”, brandy “Ambelijno”
which has been produced by Wine plant Ltd Asenovgrad and
has got a proven acknowledgment in the market.
The Wine Plant Ltd “Asenovgrad” has won
over 150 awards from international competition as an acknowlegment
of safe-keeping and preserved tradition, professionalism
and high quality of the production during the years. Mavrud
sourced of 1987 has been awareded with “Golden Riton”
prize within the category of matured red wines on the
exhibition “Vinaria 97”. Mavrud sourced of 2001 has got
the prize of “Golden Riton” within the category of the
youngest wines on “Vinaria 2002”.
